Your front desk is not the problem.

The three jobs nobody was hired to do are. I automate the repetitive work around your patient schedule, and I measure it against your own numbers — not against a brochure.

What I automate

Three jobs that live in the gaps of someone else's day

01

No-show recovery

Every cancelled slot gets a call, a text and a reschedule attempt the same day — not when the front desk finds a free minute.

~$5,900/mo recovered
3 chairs · 12% no-show · $180 per visit
02

Insurance eligibility

Coverage checked before the patient arrives, not after the claim bounces. Exceptions flagged for a human, with the reason attached.

~70 h/mo released
40 patients/day · 8 min each · 60% automatable
03

After-hours intake

Calls and forms answered in the evening and on weekends, appointments offered against real availability, urgent cases escalated to a person.

~$6,000/mo recovered
15 missed new-patient calls · $400 first visit

Figures are assumptions, not measurements of your practice: 1,100 visits/month, 12% no-show, $180 average production, 25% recovery through consistent outreach; 40 patients/day, 8 minutes per eligibility check, 60% automatable; 15 missed new-patient calls a month at $400 first-visit value. Real numbers require your data — that is what the first two weeks are for.

How it works

A number you can hold me to

STEP 1

Measure

Two weeks inside one process, with your practice-management data as the baseline. No baseline, no case.

STEP 2

Automate

One process at a time. Before-and-after numbers on the same dataset, in writing.

STEP 3

Operate

Monthly run, monthly report, and 8 hours of adjustments included. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.

Pricing

Fixed prices, printed before you commit

Revenue Leak Audit

USD 450

3 hours. Aggregated reports from Dentrix, Open Dental or Eaglesoft: unscheduled treatment, overdue recalls, no-shows, staff hours on verification. Credited in full against the pilot.

Two-week pilot

USD 2,500

One process, live, on your real rules. Fixed fee, 50% to start. If it does not reach the success criteria we write down together, you do not pay the balance.

Monthly operation

from USD 1,750

Per process, billed monthly in advance. Two processes USD 2,950. Includes reporting and up to 8 hours of changes a month.

What I will not do: a free pilot, a guarantee on your revenue, or a monthly fee that eats the savings. The pilot is paid and the success criteria are written down before it starts. If the criteria are not met, you do not pay the balance.

Who you are talking to

Twenty years inside operations, not twenty slides about them

Systems engineer and MBA. I spent years building and running operations at scale — including support and back-office teams at Deluxe — and I have delivered systems for a health insurer and a transport operator in Colombia. I write the automation myself and I answer the phone.

Bilingual, based in Colombia, working US hours from the East Coast morning onward.

“You talk to the person who designs and builds it. That is the whole difference between this and a software vendor.”

Questions that always come up

Do you need access to our practice-management system?

Not to start. The audit works on aggregated reports you export yourself, and the pilot can run alongside your system on a separate number or inbox. Production access is a later conversation, with a signed agreement first.

Where does our patient data live?

In infrastructure you approve, under a business associate agreement, with least-privilege access and an audit log. Phase one works with totals and synthetic data, so no PHI is required to start.

What happens if we cancel?

Thirty days’ notice. You keep the code, the documentation and a five-page runbook. There is no lock-in — the reason to stay is the monthly number, not the contract.

Who actually does the work?

I do. You talk to the person who designs and builds it, not to an account manager. That is why there are never more than ten active clients.

If one of the three sounds familiar, twenty minutes is enough

I will tell you which one pays for itself and which one does not. No deck, no discovery call chain.
